Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are a group of around 45 students that coordinate, plan, and facilitate a variety of health promotion initiatives and health education here on campus! Volunteers work in topic teams which include healthy eating and healthy cooking, physical activity, financial wellness, rest & relaxation, safer substance use and harm reduction, sexual health, and mental fitness.
PHEs also help connect students with appropriate resources and supports on campus through outreach so look out for their booths, workshops and programs that go on throughout the Fall and Winter semesters.
