What is an XML sitemap?
An XML sitemap is a roadmap for search engines that lists all the web pages on your site. It is crucial to search engine optimization (SEO) in that it allows search engines to crawl, index, and understand the structure of the content of your website. XML sitemaps are especially useful for large or complex websites. By providing this file to search engines, you enhance your site's ranking in search results.
