Activate your NetID
Upon receiving your Employee Number, you will want to activate your NetlD to gain access to employee tools and resources. All ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ accounts require Mutli-Factor Authentication.
MyHR
MyHR provides employees the ability to review and update their personal data. As a new employee please login and provide the following information:

Flexible Work Arrangements
¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ supports flexible work arrangements where operationally feasible, such as remote work options or flexible hours, to accommodate different employee needs and circumstances. We recognize the benefits that these arrangements can have for both staff and the university. Cultivating a Culture of Inclusivity
Inclusivity is at the heart of ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ values. We believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, identity, or abilities.
The Accessibility Hub is a central online resource for accessibility at Queen’s University. It serves to elevate inclusion and improve access for everyone on our campus. The Accessibility Hub not only provides support and feedback concerning accessibility initiatives, it also serves as an online community for those seeking information on disability and accessibility issues on campus, and assists the university in meeting its obligations under the AODA.

An emergency response plan addresses barriers that could impede safety for staff and faculty who identify a disability requiring accommodation. Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety will work with staff or faculty members to create individual plans.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help create an inclusive workplace by giving equity-deserving groups a formal structure within an organization to support their unique needs. ERGs contribute to community building within organizations and provide an avenue for all employees to learn more about diverse groups.
Faith and Spiritual Life offers multi-faith, non-judgmental support for religious, spiritual, personal, and financial problems, concerns, or crises. As part of , Faith and Spiritual Life strives to facilitate a welcoming, peaceful, and safe space. Chaplains can also provide support, ceremonial services, interfaith community development and spiritual support to students, faculty, and staff.
The Human Rights and Equity Office provides education in the areas of human rights, equity, accessibility and sexual violence prevention and response. Our educational programs build community awareness, increase knowledge, and address systemic barriers to inclusion.
The Positive Space program offers visibility and support to 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
The Yellow House Student Centre for Equity and Inclusion ("the Yellow House") is a centralised space that provides programming, advisory services, resources, and acts as a hub for all things equity.
We are committed to creating a comfortable and accountable space for students who identify as Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and as Persons of Colour (QTBIPoC) to feel safe, to create community, to be empowered, to celebrate their identity, and to flourish. We seek to engage students in initiatives that actively dismantle oppressive, racist, and colonial ideologies and practices.
