Get on board with Transpass

Kingston Transit provides Park & Ride lots for customers who wish to park their vehicles and ride the bus the rest of the way to their destination. Free parking at these locations is available on a first-come, first-serve basis at:

  •  - 1350 Gardiners Road
  •  - Corner of Days Road & Front Road
  •  - 2295 Princess Street
  •  - 900 Henderson Boulevard
  •  - east of Highway 15

More than 400 bike racks are available for use at the University. 

In addition, Commuter Services offers a secure bike parking facility for an annual fee. Registration is required.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Queen's

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ has installed more than 60 electric vehicle charging stations across seven designated parking sites. 

  • ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Center Parking Garage
  • Tindall Parking Garage
  • School of Kinesiology
  • MacNeil House 
  • Jackson Hall
  • Isabelle Bader Center for Performing Arts
  • Goode's Parking Garage

Charger spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no fee to the user at this time to use the chargers. 

Car sharing

Make use of conveniently located Communauto vehicles at the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Tindall parking lot. 

Participants get convenient access to fuel-efficient vehicles and pay only when the vehicle is used.

Car sharing allows people to avoid vehicle ownership costs that include routine maintenance, repairs, insurance, and fuel.

Every shared car is estimated to replaces six to eight private cars on our roads.

Parking Permits

Queen’s has over 3,500 parking spots across eight lots on campus.

Hourly and daily parking is available in designated lots.

The university also offers a carpooling program for employees.
