Introduction
Dave is the Director, Human Resources for the Faculty of Arts & Science. He partners with senior leadership to support and drive a culture of inclusion, engagement, high-performance and continuous improvement. He provides strategic advice to diverse university stakeholders on complex HR and leadership related issues, including recruitment, labour relations and engagement, total compensation, organizational development and training, performance management and organizational design. Committed to lifelong learning, Dave received both his MPA and his BA from Queen’s University, and also holds an MA from Lakehead University.
