Strategic Procurement Services (SPS) offers several options for departments to support various procurement activities for the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ community.  Opportunities are offered as online individual learning, virtual sessions and in-person.  Due to current work from home protocols, SPS is only offering online/virtual options.  Options are for new employees, people looking to refresh their skills or general learning opportunities. 

Strategic Procurement Services holds several events throughout the year to ensure departments are supported in their procurement activities.  Below is a list of events that are offered by our team:

acQuire Lunch & Learn Sessions

Frequency: Monthly - October to March

acQuire Lunch & Learn sessions are held once per month from October through March. Session details and registration will be posted to our , two weeks in advance of each session. All sessions will be held virtually.

Frequency: Annually - June

Tips & Tricks sessions are held annually in early June. Session details and registration will be posted to our , in May of each year. All sessions will be held virtually

SPECIAL Tips & Tricks Session: Purchasing of COVID-19 Supplies

Frequency: As required

A special Tips & Tricks session was held on June 16, 2020, to provide the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ community with guidance on using the tools developed for the purchase of supplies to potentially return employees and/or students to campus.
