Brief Biography
Yerin Chung is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Political Studies at ľĹĐăÖ±˛Ą specializing in Political Theory and International Relations. Yerin is a Coordinator for the Gender Lab/Graduate Research Fellow at the Centre for International and Defence Policy (CIDP) at ľĹĐăÖ±˛Ą. Yerin also serves on the board for the Canadian Peace Research Association (CPRA) as the Director of Communications and Public Relations. Previously, Yerin earned a M.A. degree in Political Science with a Specialization in Political Theory and a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Political Science, both from Western University.
Research Interests
Political Theory Interests: Human Rights, Health Policy, Global Distributive Justice, and Intergenerational Justice
International Relations Interests: Security and Defence Issues (particularly in Women, Peace and Security)
