History Internship Fall 2020

Our HIST 212 interns have been hard at work this term on a number of in-person and remote placements. We have received overwhelming praise from our community and industry partners who have commented repeatedly about the resiliency of these students during this turbulent year. This group of students have played instrumental roles in shifting publications, museums, and educational programming into the online environment and their work will continue to benefit the local historical community for years to come. Due to the remote term, we also had the unique opportunity of offering internships in the communities where our students are living while studying remotely.

In order to showcase the incredible work these students have been doing, we are excited to announce the creation of the HIST 212 Experiential Learning in Historical Practice Blog: . Each of these blog posts are written by our history internship students and offers a glimpse into the work they have been doing this term.
