Call for staffing support at convocation

It takes 40+ team members to ensure every Queen’s convocation ceremony runs smoothly for ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ graduates, all participants, and guests.
The Office of the University Registrar is requesting assistance from staff and faculty at the June 18-21 ceremonies at Slush Puppie Place, as well as the May 24 ceremony at Grant Hall.
Shifts are approx. 2 ½ hours, and you can sign up for:
- graduate check-in
- assisting convocation marshals with graduate assembly and line-up
- welcoming guests
- VIP and guest accommodations check-in
If you are willing and available to participate at one (or more!) ceremonies, please speak with your manager, as appropriate, and by Friday, June 7.
You will be scheduled and receive an email with all the details and instructions for your assigned role(s) in mid-June.
