I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to participate in the dual JD/MIR program at Queen’s University. The interdisciplinary program (the only of its kind in Canada) provides students the opportunity to earn their Master of Industrial Relations degree and their Juris Doctor degree simultaneously. For me, the program meant the opportunity to study law while continuing to explore my academic passion: employment relations.
