Castle alumnus Dr Joanne Paul also filmed an episode of the popular webcast at the Castle. Joanne spent her first year of university at the BISC, before finishing her joint Bachelor's (with Honours) at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥, where she received the Thomas M. Walsh, M. A., Memorial Prize in History. Now a Lecturer in Early Modern History at the University of Sussex, she is also Joint Director of the Centre for Intellectual History. This year Joanne was announced as one of ten ‘New Generation Thinkers’, whose research will be made into radio and television programs for the BBC.
