Research Support Fund

Queen’s University intends to use its Research Support Fund grant for 2024-25 for the payment of expenditures related to indirect costs attributed to federally sponsored research under the following five categories in the amounts stated.

The total Research Support Fund Grant Allocation for 2024-25 is $7,926,025.

The Research Support Fund assists Canadian postsecondary institutions and their affiliated research hospitals and institutes with the expenses associated with managing the research funded by the three federal research granting agencies.

The Research Support Fund is a tri-agency initiative of the . It is administered by the Tri-agency Institutional Programs Secretariat, which is housed within SSHRC.
