Sexual Violence Notification Form

Employees who receive a disclosure of sexual violence must notify the SVPR Coordinator.  When a disclosure is made, employees must provide the student with information about the policy and available supports.  When making a notification, information that identifies the student should only be shared with the student's consent.

Responding to Disclosures for Staff and Faculty

In this in-person workshop, staff and faculty will learn how to respond empathetically to disclosures of sexual violence and understand the ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ policy and their professional responsibility. Workshops can be requested by contacting SVPREducation@queensu.ca
