Community Housing

  • Manages the student rental properties owned by Queen’s University, including An Clachan and John Orr Tower apartment complexes located at west campus, and a variety of apartments and houses in the University District
  • Additionally, Community Housing operates an Accommodations Listing Service where external landlords can post rental listings for student units

 

Off-Campus Living Advisor

  •  Provides students with confidential guidance, resources, and support for finding off-campus housing, understanding tenant rights and responsibilities, navigating lease agreements, and for preparation for a smooth moving in/out
