The Queen’s Partnerships and Innovation team has patent agents and other staff members who can provide advice on patentability, commercialization, and other intellectual property matters. Contact us to discuss your inventions and other intellectual property, and potential pathways to commercialization.

As required of Queen’s University Faculty Association faculty members, please fill out and submit a disclosure form which documents an invention and helps the Queen’s Partnerships and Innovation team with an evaluation of the commercial potential:
