Sylvia Knapczyk

¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥

Sylvia Knapczyk is a second year masters student in the History Department at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥. Her thesis research focuses on witchcraft belief, practice, and persecution in Early Modern Ireland. Sylvia is currently working under the supervision of Prof. Richard Greenfield and Prof. Donald H. Akenson.

More broadly, her other research interests include magic, witchcraft, folklore, and popular belief in the Western World during the Middle Ages and Early Modernity.
