In the 2022-2023 academic year, the Department of History will begin transitioning to a revised degree plan which reweights the upper year seminars from 4.5-units to 3-units. To ensure both our third-year and fourth-year cohorts get the seminars they need to satisfy their degree requirements, there will be two types of seminars offered during the 2022-2023 academic year: 3-unit seminars for third-year students and 4.5-unit seminars for fourth-year students.

The Undergraduate Team is hosting a series of virtual Q&A sessions regarding upper-year course registration  to support students during this transition. The next of these will take place on Wednesday, June 29th at 5:30-6:30PM. If you have questions about your degree requirements and planning for next year, please join us at this online event!
