Location

Are you curious about the History program and how to declare a History degree?

Are you wondering:

  • What do I need to be accepted to a History Major, Specialization, or Minor?
  • What can I do with a History degree?
  • What is a seminar?
  • What kind of internship opportunities are available to History students?
  • Can I pursue independent research (undergrad thesis)?

Join us for our History Info Night on Wednesday March 19 at 5:30 in Watson Hall, RM 517! You will have a chance to meet your future instructors and chat with current History students to learn about their experiences as History Majors and Specialization students. Prof. Rosanne Currarino, Undergraduate Chair, will provide an overview of the History program and you will also get an exclusive preview of some of the second-year core seminars being offered next year!

All first-year students are welcome! Please RSVP by March 17 so we can plan pizza quantities and note any dietary restrictions.

If you have any questions about the event, please email Angela at hist.undergrad@queensu.ca.
