The second annual Thrive Week kicks off Monday, Oct. 31, promising several exciting events to promote positive mental and physical health for Queenā€™s faculty, staff, and students.

ā€œWe really hope people take some time out of their busy schedule to participate in some of the interesting activities we have planned,ā€ says Katrina McCann, Return to Work Administrator, Queenā€™s Human Resources. ā€œThe events are designed to appeal to many different interests while also touching on the Thrive pillars of nutrition, physical fitness, sleep, stress, and stigma.ā€
