The second annual Thrive Week kicks off Monday, Oct. 31, promising several exciting events to promote positive mental and physical health for Queenās faculty, staff, and students.
āWe really hope people take some time out of their busy schedule to participate in some of the interesting activities we have planned,ā says Katrina McCann, Return to Work Administrator, Queenās Human Resources. āThe events are designed to appeal to many different interests while also touching on the Thrive pillars of nutrition, physical fitness, sleep, stress, and stigma.ā
