Earlier this year, Human Resources launched a new certificate program designed to help managers lead healthy and well teams at work. The new certificate – Enhancing Wellbeing and Preventing Burnout – has been thoughtfully designed and tailored for managers at Queen’s and is available at no cost. There are currently over 120 managers registered in the certificate program, with over 70 people expected to complete the program by the end of June.
The certificate features five courses that cover a wide range of topics related to leadership skills, burnout prevention, and enhancing wellbeing.
