The Queen’s Go Abroad Fair, hosted by the Queen’s University International Centre (QUIC), is an annual event that has run for two decades on campus. It is part of an education abroad fair circuit that collaborates with other post-secondary institutions in Ontario to allow exhibitors at the fairs the opportunity to meet with students at many universities and colleges in the province.

“The Queen’s Go Abroad Fair is an excellent venue for students to find out about a wide range of opportunities for going abroad,” says Laura Marchese-Smith, Education Abroad Advisor, QUIC. “QUIC aims to support and inform students’ international endeavours throughout their time at Queen’s. The fair provides a great starting point to explore their options.”

Exhibitors at the Queen’s Go Abroad Fair include Queen’s programs – the International Programs Office for faculty-specific exchanges and study options, the Bader International Study Centre, Queen’s-Blyth Worldwide, and student-run initiatives such as Queen’s Project on International Development (QPID) and AIESEC Queen’s – and external organizations offering opportunities to study, work, volunteer, teach English, or learn a language abroad such as Spanish Studies Abroad, Teach Away, Semester at Sea, and many more.
