Don Drummond delivers 2013 Donald Matthews Lecture in Global Public Policy

As the Matthews Fellow in Global Public Policy, Don Drummond gave the 2013 Donald Matthews Lecture with a focus on a new kind of civil servant.
Entitled “Wanted: A New Breed of Civil Servant,” Mr. Drummond’s talk centred on the importance of efficiency in civil service.
Mr. Drummond is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Policy Studies at Queen’s. He has served as Chair for the Commission on the Reform of Ontario’s Public Services and, prior to this, was Senior Vice President and Chief Economist for the TD Bank.
