Registered Dietitian Pop-ups
Each month, you’ll find Theresa, our Registered Dietitian, in residence dining halls sharing helpful information about nutrition, wellness, and sustainability. Past pop ups include Cool Foods trivia, sharing information about making low climate impact dining choices and building healthy plates in the dining hall. Healthy Eats
This bi-weekly social series highlights healthy options across all food locations, specially selected by our Registered Dietitian. Each highlight includes a nutrition tip or other fun fact, helping you make informed food choices while dining on campus.

Eat Well
Identify food that will fuel your body and brain with the Eat Well logo. When you see this logo on Fresh TO GO and other products in our dining halls and select retail locations, you can eat confidently knowing that your food meets at least three of the following criteria: 
- Made with whole grains
- Contain one full serving of vegetables > 45g leafy greens or > 75g other veg
- < (less than) 500 calories in an entrée, < (less than) 300 calories in a side/snack 
- No more than 15% calories from saturated fats
- < (less than) 960mg of sodium in a sandwich, < (less than) 720mg entrée, < (less than) 480mg side/snack
Fresh TO GO
Look for Fresh TO GO stands in select retail food locations to satisfy your hunger without compromising nutrition. Prepared on campus daily, Fresh TO GO sandwiches, salads, wraps, fruit & veg trays, cheese & crackers etc., are a delicious quick option when you are on the move.
