Mike Del Giudice is working hard on the VO2max test, which gives researchers insight into the health and wellness of participants. Whether you are trying to establish baseline characteristics of an individual, or monitor their changes in cardio respiratory fitness over the course of an intervention, VO2max testing is the gold standard of fitness testing in the field of exercise physiology.
