PhD student was interviewed on Ideas on CBC radio. Ideas is focusing on some interesting Canadian PhD students, and were keen to interview Michael both for his research on the Stoics and for his impressive achievements on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Michael explicitly connects the two: "Epictetus says explicitly that philosophy is like wrestling."
