If you're a woman-identifying entrepreneur who's been feeling stuck in your business since COVID, this session is for you.

Even though most of the world has now moved past the global pandemic, many business owners are still riding an emotional roller coaster related to post-pandemic stress and trauma.

If you (or someone you know) is feeling anxious about the future and struggling to move forward, join us for a 1-hour session with Shulamit Ber Levtov, .

In this session, you'll learn how collective trauma and stress affects your mind and emotions, and, by extension, your business decisions and behaviour.

You will also learn about the tools you can use to recover from pandemic trauma, recover your CEO-self and get back to business.

At the end of this online session, attendees will:

  • Understand the impact of the global pandemic on their minds, bodies and businesses.
  • Have a set of actionable strategies to benefit their businesses and mental health.
  • Learn the three core principles of stress resilience and how to apply them.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Shulamit Ber Levtov, MA, RSW, CCTP, CFSW is an award-winning business owner, speaker and founder of . She works passionately to transform the entrepreneurial ecosystem to include founder mental health as a business priority. An entrepreneur for more than 27 years, she works one-on-one with women-identifying business owners to help them preserve their peace of mind as they ride the emotional rollercoaster of running a business.

As a masters-level, licensed somatic trauma therapist and a trauma survivor, herself, with certifications in Dare To Leadâ„¢, Trauma of Money and Financial Social Work, Shulamit brings a unique perspective and approach to supporting women in business.
