Elizabeth is a second-year MA student, under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Jainchill, who is pursuing her thesis on the French Second Republic (1848-1852) through a study of the works of George Sand, Marie D'Agoult and Anaïs Ségalas. Her broader research interest is the way media shapes and is shaped by the conditions of its creators and their interlocutors (readers, viewers), particularly within literature and film. She completed her Bachelor of Education at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ in the summer of 2023 following completion of her undergraduate studies in history and French in its Concurrent Education program.
