If your position requires that you be issued keys or access fobs for workspaces at the university, you will need to complete a brief online survey to identify the areas you need to access, and acknowledge department policies related to key/fob issuance and return. Please be aware that you may need to provide a one-time $40 deposit before any keys or fobs can be issued to you. To access the key survey, please scan the QR code below:

Once complete, your survey will be submitted to Barbra Lalonde, GPPL Manager, to arrange for key pickup and the collection of your deposit if necessary.
