Employee Experiences Survey deadline is Friday, May 20

Nearly 55 per cent of Queen’s employees contributed their insights to the Employee Experiences Survey so far, an initiative that will help the university develop a deeper understanding of employees’ current opinions on and experiences in their workplace.
To ensure that as many faculty and staff have an opportunity to have their voices heard, the deadline to submit survey responses has been extended to Friday, May 20, 2022. Feedback will assist Queen’s in building responsive and supportive programming to address employees’ needs and in establishing benchmarks against which progress toward strengthening organizational culture and employee wellbeing can be measured.
To encourage high levels of participation, Queen’s has been offering random prize draws for respondents — 12 who were selected and have received Kingston Downtown Dollars so far. More prizes are still available and, now that the response rate has exceeded 50 per cent, an employee summer social will be organized.
Faculty and staff who have not yet filled out the survey are encouraged to check their work email accounts for an email containing the survey link. It should take roughly 25 minutes to complete, and more information can be found on the Employee Experiences Survey webpage.
