Description:
DISC is a remarkably accurate behaviour assessment tool founded on proven research. Participants of this workshop will discover their DiSC styles and learn how their style affects workplace priorities and relationships. Everything DiSC Workplace can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of workplace communication and cooperation. This workshop provides a common language for individuals and teams to use to better understand themselves and adapt to the behaviour of others.

Learning Outcomes:
- Complete a DiSC assessment and discover their DiSC styles
- Recognize how their style affects workplace priorities and relationships.
- Improve the quality of workplace communication and cooperation
- Recognize the common DiSC language that helps us better understand ourselves and adapt to the behaviour of others
