Description:
This session serves to educate participants on how to purchase in the public sector, along with how various government requirements like the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Act have an impact on how we procure at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥. Compliance is a necessity in public procurement, so knowledge of the rules/guidelines is essential to be success in your role with the university.

After this session, participants will have a greater understanding of the legislation that we are required to comply with, ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ specific policies and procedures, along with thresholds, and the role of Strategic Procurement Services.
