You are invited to attend a BBQ on Tuesday, July 11 at Agnes Benidickson Field (behind Grant Hall) from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. There will be a large tent set up in case of rain. Hospitality Services will be providing our meal. The menu is noted at the bottom of this email. Members of the Senior Leadership Team will be on hand to help serve your lunch and to personally thank you for your service and commitment to Queen’s.

To encourage everyone to attend, employees travelling to campus for the BBQ should be aware that parking restrictions on surface lots will not be enforced between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on July 11.
