    Do you want to use this time to create some new habits and a better lifestyle? Come and learn about how to "nudge yourself" to take those actions to improve your well-being.

    Learn about the four tools for self-nudging - reminders, framing, accessibility and social pressure. Come with a goal that you want to accomplish, and we'll design nudges to help you get there. It's not all about willpower - this is about your WAYpower!
