    CIDP, QIAA and RMCC present Forecasting the Future: How to Handle New Threats!

    Dr. Lars Nicander the Director of the Center for Asymmetric Threat Studies (CATS) at the Swedish Defence University will be dicussing aysmetrical threats, with special focus on Russia.

    Lars Nicander is a political scientist with a background in the Swedish Marines and has served in various positions within the Swedish intelligence and national security/research communities. He is an elected member of the Institute of Strategic Studies in London (IISS) and a Fellow of The Royal Swedish Academy of War Sciences. He was among the pioneers on Information Warfare and Information Operation Studies in Sweden in the mid-1990s and he was also appointed Secretary of the Cabinet Working-Group on Defensive Information Operations 1997-2002.
