Housing Resource Fair

When: February 25th, 2025 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Where: Mitchell Hall Atrium - 69 Union Street, Kingston

All ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ students are welcome to come to this free event! Meet with local property management companies and landlords, Off-Campus resources for you, and other students looking for housemates. Students, all you have to do is show up with questions to ask!

If you are a landlord interested in attending this event, please contact the Off-Campus Living Advisor.  The event is free. We will provide a table, chairs, and tablecloth, if needed. We are asking landlords and property managers to bring some of the following: 

• Information about their company or properties
• Any promotional materials they wish to distribute
• An example of their application with information about their processes
• QR code or list of potential listings that they may have coming available
• Prepared to answer any questions students may have about their application/leasing process

Landlords are not allowed to sign any lease agreements or exchange any form of currency at this event. Anyone reported doing so will be asked to leave the event immediately.
