Please join us in this fun and interactive workshop! This will include a short information session followed by hands-on activities.
Neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to adapt and change connections in response to new information. This workshop will begin with an educational component, taking a closer look into the topic of neuroplasticity. Participants will then have a chance to take part in hands-on activities and exercises which focus on improving brain fitness.
There are ways to improve the efficiency of the way we process and handle daily brain tasks. Please join us to learn more.
