Working shifts shouldn't mean sacrificing your health and wellbeing. Whether you're on nights, early mornings, or rotating schedules, this 1-hour TELUS Health session will offer evidence-based strategies to help you sleep better, eat well, manage stress, and reconnect with what matters most.
Learn how shift work affects your body, relationships, and energy — and discover simple, powerful tools to take care of yourself.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- Understand how shift work affects health and relationships
- Recognize common stressors related to shift work
