    Description:

    Become more efficient with your time through the use of an electronic file management system. Participants will learn how to organize, store, and name files in a consistent way. Topics will include the various types of storage media, finding your way around, creating folders, and naming conventions. Participants will have an opportunity to apply their new skills using a case study. Electronic file management is an essential skill in the modern workforce.

    • Recognize details of the Electronic Information Security Policy
    • Decribe the importance and characteristics of data security
    • Decribe details of ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Records Management Policy
    • Develop skills in file naming & grouping
    • Identify storage media options as well as risks and good practices related to storage solutions
