    This course is apart of the Administrative Professionals at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Master Certificate (APAQM)

    The certificate bridges the APAQ certificate, and provides administrative staff who have completed the APAQ with an opportunity to obtain enhanced skills. It is also for experienced staff who do not require a foundational level certificate.

    There are 10 workshops in this program. Participants are required to take the 8 core workshops and 2 of the 5 electives.

    This course in particular helps to study the degree to which we are aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people (positively and negatively), and able to manage those emotions - especially when we are under pressure.
