A graduate of Smith School of Business in 2014, Tara completed her summer internships at Deloitte and had a full-time job lined up with BMO Capital Markets for after graduation. A few days after her convocation, the unexpected happened.
Tara will present her experience working at an accounting firm and a bank, as well as in a non-profit environment. She will explain the value of entering the charitable and non-profit sector with a business background and having passion behind our careers. Using research and real examples, she will illustrate how these two elements create a strong base forsuccess.
