Germany has long struggled to label itself a country of immigration. But over the last decade and with the arrival of more than 2 million refugees from Syria and Ukraine, Germany has become one of the world's major migration players. In this talk I'm going to describe the transformation of Germany into a country of immigration and discuss the dynamics of acceptance and rejection of immigrants as we move towards a post-migrant society.
