The ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ Campus Wellbeing Framework is the result of six months of consultations with students, staff and faculty. It represents the shared, wellbeing vision of more than 1800 Queen’s community members (33% undergraduate students, 17% graduate students, 35% staff and 15% faculty members) who told the project team that campus wellbeing is rooted in a culture of care, inclusion and respect, social connectedness, the places we learn and work, and in the multiple dimensions of personal health. Informed by community feedback, the project team developed a set of guiding principles and four priority areas of focus.
