Donor Story:
The original fund was established in 1970 following his tragic death in a sailing accident. He graduated on May 20th, 1970 and drowned on June 20th, 1970. In lieu of flowers we (his family) asked that donations go to ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥ civil engineering. to establish this fund. It has been an ongoing interest for us - Howard's family.
