Donor Story:
Established by Ethel M. Birkenshaw, B.A. 1948. I chose the Arts faculty as I had been an Arts graduate and I favoured the studies in economics, political science, history and english. I also hoped that students would look to a career or interest in public service as I had. I retired from the Ontario Public Service as a deputy minister in 1987 having spent 30 years there.
