Established in memory of Bruce Gordon McIver, B.Sc.(Eng.) 1940 by William Loosley, B.Sc.(Eng.) 1939.
Bruce was my pal when we were attending the Hamilton Technical High School from 1929-1931. Bruce worked at Central Patrica gold mine in order to add to his scholarship to finance his first year at ¾ÅÐãÖ±²¥. Bruce joined the Canadian Air Force and lost his life, returning from a mine laying flight when they ran into a head wind and crashed at sea on their way home.
