Bruce Sellery, Com’93, is a financial journalist, best-selling author, professional speaker and TV host who inspires Canadians - from individuals to entire communities - to take care of their financial futures. He is one of the founding members of CTV’s Business News Network and spent nearly a decade covering the economy and markets in Toronto before becoming bureau chief in New York City.
Sellery is also the founder of Moolala, a personal finance training company with a mission to help people get a handle on their money so they can live the life they want. His bestselling book Moolala: Why smart people do dumb things with their money (and what you can do about it) also aims to help Canadians better manage their finances to improve their lives.
Earlier this year, Bruce debuted his television series Million Dollar Neighbourhood on the Oprah Winfrey Network Canada. The show helps families in a selected neighbourhood raise their collective net worth. Bruce was also a member of the Board of the Queen’s University Alumni Association and has been a keynote speaker at Queen’s events.
