Students should have every opportunity to complete their courses, but many now find themselves facing challenges they could not have foreseen only a few weeks ago. Some are making unexpected trips home, leaving jobs, and incurring unanticipated costs.
To date, almost $600,000 has been disbursed to students who really need the funds to get them through this crisis.
As well, through their compassion and leadership, Queen’s alumni have come together to help students who find themselves in critical need during these turbulent times. Over the last few weeks, alumni and friends have stepped up in support of students in need.
We have seen the Queen’s community come together like never before, ensuring that students feel the strength and support of the alumni community around them.
